Buncombe County Commissioners have announced their agenda for a Tuesday, Jan. 4, meeting. Some returning topics from previous sessions: a workforce rental housing incentive policy; and procedures and policies for naming county-owned properties and buildings. Commissioners will also consider various boards-and-commissions appointments, and they'll conduct a public hearing for a Riceville Road rezoning request.
