A discussion of steep-slope development in WNC will lead the agenda at tonight's (Monday, March 10) monthly meeting of the Coalition of Asheville Neighborhoods, when Land-of-Sky Regional Council representatives Bill Eaker and Linda Giltz offer a presentation on the steep-slope study recently completed by the planning agency.
CAN, which represents neighborhoods across the city, will also discuss their low-income neighborhood organizer project and a police-oversight report, in addition to other items brought by community representatives. The meeting is open to the public and takes place from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Oakley Community Center, 749 Fairview Road.
