A report on the county's emergency services and a smattering of rezonings top the agenda for the Buncombe County Commissioners' March 25 meeting.
Jerry VeHaun, director of the county's Department of Emergency Services (and mayor of Woodfin), will present the emergency-services report, which covers new facilities and the need for further cooperation with other agencies in the area.
The board will also look at rezoning two properties on Old Charlotte Highway and one on Highway 70.
The meeting begins at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 25, in Room 204 of the Buncombe County Courthouse. A pre-meeting, including public comment, begins at 4 p.m.
