Moonshine legend Marvin “Popcorn” Sutton was found dead Monday in Cocke County, Tenn. An autopsy is expected to be performed today, and authorities are investigating the possibility of suicide.

Sutton, long known for his reputation as a moonshiner, was arrested in March 2008 and charged with several counts related to manufacturing, possessing and selling untaxed whisky and possession of a firearm as a felon. He was facing a sentence of 18 months in prison.

Too bad this SOB wasn't a Republican good ole boy. Hell they'd have let him off with a nose tap & nod Meanwhile those who've plundered trillions from hard working Americans, & without ever working a day in their lives, those crooks (I include blue dog democrats) remain free to destroy America.
Seems to me the priorities are completely bassacwards.
