The Mountaineer reports: "Haywood land owners say Pigeon River pollution from Canton manufacturer created a nuisance.
"For years, landowners in Tennessee have successfully sued owners of the paper mill in Canton about pollution in the Pigeon River below the mill. Now Haywood County landowners have joined in the effort.
