Most Asheville runners serious about speed training inevitably find themselves heading out with a group of runners that call themselves the "maggots." As creator and coach of the group, Norman Blair, owner of Jus Running of Asheville, is often referred to as HEAD MAGGOT.
The group will be starting their track workouts from 523 Merrimon Ave. at 6:30pm again this January 19, 2010 after a taking a holiday hiatus. Maggots meet on Tuesdays and all are welcome to come out for the workout.
