FROM THE JEFF MILLER CAMPAIGN:
Jeff Miller, candidate for United States Congress, is proud to announce a series of “Super Saturdays” for the next four weekends in various counties throughout North Carolina’s 11th Congressional District. Each full day of campaign activity will last from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in Haywood, Transylvania, Jackson, and McDowell counties respectively.
At each location and on each Saturday, Miller will be inviting volunteers in for a full day of making phone calls, canvassing door to door, and picking up campaign materials and literature for themselves, friends, and neighbors. At each event, he will deliver a speech to the crowd at 10:30 a.m. before the day’s campaign activities begin. Those not interested in volunteering are still welcomed to come by and meet Jeff and acquire campaign materials.
In Haywood County, voters can meet Miller and volunteer for the campaign on Saturday, Aug. 14, in Waynesville at the new Haywood County Republican Party Headquarters located at 12 Forga Plaza Loop.
In Transylvania County, voters can meet the candidate and volunteer for the campaign on Saturday, Aug. 21, in downtown Brevard at the Transylvania County Republican Party Headquarters located at 216 South Broad Street
In Jackson County, voters can meet Miller and volunteer for the campaign on Saturday, Aug. 28, in Cashiers at the newly opened Jackson County Republican Party Southern Headquarters located at 6 Laurel Terrace on US Highway 64, just past the Subway.

Subject: Social security issue
Dear Mr. Fernandez,
I never had an opinion about our representative Heath Shular one way or
another until I heard his ad criticizing Jeff Millers issue about investing
part of our social security with the so called "evil fat cats" on wall
street. He seems to want to appeal to a group of voters who are too dense to
do the math. If my meager social security were invested into the stock
marker over the last 15 years, my account would be worth several hundred
thousand dollars.
Wise up folks. Don't be sheep. Kirt Grayson Asheville
