In conjunction with the Economic Development Coalition for Asheville-Buncombe County, Linamar Corporation will host a management job fair on Tuesday, July 5, and Wednesday, July 6. The event will be held in the Haynes Building on the A-B Tech Enka Campus at 1459 Sand Hill Road in Candler. The event is scheduled from noon until 8 p.m. on Tuesday, July 5, and from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. on Wednesday, July 6.
In preparation for launching the organization’s Asheville operations in the first quarter of 2012, Linamar’s local recruitment efforts will begin with management and professional positions for all functional departments, including plant management, accounting, engineering, maintenance, logistics and procurement, health and safety, as well as information technology. The company plans to schedule a recruitment event dedicated to production and hourly staff in coming months.
