880 radio reports that Mayor Terry Bellamy has indicated she may vote yes to Asheville's food trucks ordinance if a limit is placed on the number of food trucks allowed in downtown and if the ordinance is written as more than a one-year pilot program, so she doesn't have to revisit the issue in a year.
