Cleanup crew workers at the Goombay street festival say they have gotten stiffed on hundreds of dollars in wages they were promised. ...
The Citizen-Times could not reach the festival chairman, Ronald Reginald King, for comment. The men say they have not been able to talk to him since the festival ended and have been told by YMI staff that he went to Florida.
