Tickets to TEDx Asheville and Western North Carolina, the popular conference that draws thinkers, dreamers, scientists, entrepreneurs and activists to share ideas, go on sale Thursday, with about 500 tickets available for the main event.
This year’s centerpiece — set for Nov. 13 — will move from The Orange Peel to Diana Wortham Theatre.
TEDx is a locally organized version of the popular California-based conference held each year known simply as TED, which stands for technology, entertainment and design.
