According to the Asheville Citizen-Times and the Greenville (S.C.) News, developer Jim Anthony's Cliffs Communities company may owe millions to a Travelers Rest bank, a Florida development company. The firms have filed foreclosure complaints against Cliffs Communities, the Citizen-Times and News report.
The Greenville News also reported an investment fund, Urbana Fund I LLC, has filed court papers saying Jim Anthony’s company, The Cliffs Communities, owes more than $1 million in property taxes.Read the full article
