Candidate's Forum tomorrow night!
Mountain Voices Alliance and Asheville PARC are hosting a Candidate’s Forum tomorrow night, Thursday, October 13th.
It's at the Randolph Learning Center at 90 Montford Avenue, from 7-9 PM. Doors open at 6:30.
Come enjoy an evening with the candidates as we ask them some hard hitting questions about development and Asheville's future.
Do we want to become the next Atlanta? Can we prevent it? Is growth inevitable? How do we manage it best? How do we improve the quality of life for ALL Asheville residents?
Please join us as we discuss development issues that affect YOUR future in Asheville.
Mountain Voices Alliance works to protect our region from over-development and environmental degradation, and advocates for safeguarding our resources, quality of life, and the cultural heritage of our community.
People Advocating Real Conservancy is a citizens group dedicated to bringing transparency to government policies and to overseeing the decision-making process related to land use issues that affect the public good.
