As always, costumes are customary and prizes are present.

Asheville on Bikes presents the fourth annual Pumpkin Pedaller – a community ride through Asheville’s goulish grounds.

This year’s Pumpkin Pedaller begins at 3:00 at Pack Square Park and culminates at the Wedge Brewery in the River Arts District at 5:00pm.

The ride meanders throughout Asheville at a rolling social pace and is designed to celebrate Asheville’s vibrant bicycle culture while promoting safe habits of cycling. As always, costumes are customary. Bicycle illumination is encouraged.

Participants can expect a casual ride with one significant climb and a costume contest along the way.
Once at the Wedge Brewery, pedallers can enjoy Bandido’s Burritos as well as purchase Asheville on Bikes merchandise so they should bring some extra spending money. Oowee Koozie designed a Pumpkin Pedaller handmade leather koozie for the annual pedal.

Ride your City with Asheville on Bikes in costume and celebrate Halloween on the Pumpkin Pedaller. ...Read the full article
