Join us for the BRSI Annual Celebration, November 18 from 7-9pm
Sherill's Inn at Hickory Nut Gap, home of John and Annie Ager
Southern Exposure Sustainable String Band to provide music
Local, delicious fare!
We are busily preparing our Annual Celebration and we hope you'll join us November 18 from 7-9pm! We will recognize the volunteers, sponsors, and businesses that have contributed services, time, financial resources, and a passion for building a more sustainable community.
John and Annie Ager are graciously hosting this event at their home, the historic Sherrill's Inn, Hickory Nut Gap, about 15 miles east of Asheville.
(Sherrill's Inn is located in Fairview on U.S. Hwy. 74, 1.1 miles southeast of the junction with State Rd. 2813 and 15 miles east of Asheville. Directions found on our website: www.blueridgesustainability.org/annualcelebration/)
This event will bring people together to provide a creative space for new sustainability project ideas and an opportunity to learn about current and upcoming programs. Our commitment to sustainability extends to our music: Southern Exposure, a local "Sustainable String Band" will perform organic, fair-trade, old-time tunes throughout the evening.
Homegrown, Posana, The Green Sage, The Corner Kitchen, Rosetta's, Neo Cantina and other restaurant sponsors will provide the best local fare around! Other sponsors will be announced soon! Surprises await you!
A suggested $10 donation at the door supports the mission of BRSI and is tax deductible. We know that you will enjoy seeing old friends and meeting new people in a beautiful, historic space.
Please RSVP to email@example.com - space is limited.
