Asheville Transit maintains all scheduled trips around parade detours
ASHEVILLE - On Saturday, Nov. 19, Asheville Transit will provide transportation for Holiday parade onlookers by maintaining all scheduled trips with small detours around the parade from 7 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Due to road closures, many of the transit stops in downtown will not be serviced. In the downtown area, riders are encouraged to catch buses at the downtown Transit Center on Coxe Ave.
The following routes will be affected by the detour; 1, 2, 4, 5, 8, 11, 13, 15, 16, 18, 26, and 170.
