The WNC Nature Center reports:
On November 13, the Friends of the WNC Nature Center hosted Wild Visions, an event to present the 2020 Vision to a wonderful group of community supporters of the Center. The 2020 Vision is the site plan for the future of the WNC Nature Center, and encompasses an exciting series of stages. Each phase of construction will increase the educational opportunities of the Center by improving the accessibility of the grounds, providing services such as new restrooms and play areas for children, and creating more ways for the community to connect to and learn to appreciate our native natural resources.
Chris Gentile, Director of the Nature Center, and Sara Fields from the Friends Board of Directors spoke to the Wild Visions guests about the 2020 Vision plans and how the community can get involved. ...
