Hendersonville was at the center of the cycling universe this weekend as hundreds of riders and spectators converged on Jackson Park for the Hunter Subaru North Carolina Cyclo-Cross Grand Prix. It is the seventh consecutive year the park has hosted the event.
However, “This is THE biggest one we've ever had,” said race director Tim Hopkin, the county Parks and Recreation director who also raced in the Elite Masters category both Saturday and Sunday.
