Right on the heels of winning a Chase Community Giving grant, Brother Wolf Animal Rescue has been chosen to compete in another contest, this time in the Pepsi Refresh Program. Brother Wolf is now in the running for $25,000, which will go directly toward helping the shelter animals stay warm, comfy and safe. According to Brother Wolf, their heating bills average $3,000 a month during the winter.
Similar to the Chase Grant, in order to vote, you have to give up some personal info — either to Facebook or to Pepsi by creating an account with it (and giving up similar info) — but then you can vote daily for any of the contest's chosen charities during the month of December.Read the full article
