Asheville City Council member Cecil Bothwel interviews restaurateur Rosetta Star. Bothwell asks the local business owner about her food donations to Occupy Asheville, her restaurants new solar hot-water system and her husband's venture — Jacks Boxes, which provides compostable food containers and containers.

"I definitely ..believe in active work, as prayer. If we want to see a better world, we have to actually get up and do the work necessary," says Star.

During the interview, Bothwell describes Occupy Asheville as "a rekindling of the notion of real democracy in America," and Star mentions the "quiet revolution" in Iceland.
