Think the time for farmers market goods is over? Think again: The Asheville City Market South is remaining open through the winter. The market will be in operation every Wednesday, beginning January 18, through April. The market is located at 2 Town Square Blvd., Suite 170, next to Natural Impressions.
The market will run indoors through the last Wednesday of April, when it will move back outdoors to its regular-season spot.
Winter produce (expect a lot of greens!) can be found at the market, as well as cheeses, handmade pasta, prepared foods and more.
