From the press release:
Traditions Acupuncture Foundation, a non-profit that raises funds to provide acupuncture for the medically underserved in the Asheville area is now giving away a warm pashmina shawl for a donation of just $20 or two shawls for a gift of $30 . Shawl colors are like brilliant jewels or amusingly patterned in multicolored leopard or zebra prints. All but $6 of the price of each shawl is tax-deductible and a receipt is provided.
You may find these shawls at the Chinese Acupuncture Clinic, 369 Montford Avenue, 258-9016 or at Village Antiques, 755 Biltmore Avenue, 252-5090. Supplies are limited; please call ahead to ensure availability. Easy to send and wear, they make wonderful gifts for what winter remains!
The Traditions Acupuncture Foundation's mission is to promote and fund access to Chinese medical care in the greater Asheville community. Our goal is to provide alternative care for the medically underserved.
