Full announcement from the Asheville Police Department:
ASHEVILLE – On Thursday, 12-22-2011, at approx. 12:52 am; two white male subjects entered Level 1 of the Deck 1 parking garage located at 2 Town Square Blvd. The two suspects proceeded to the electrical room and purposefully damaged the video surveillance monitoring equipment and wiring so as to disable it and make it ineffective. The two subjects also opened several car doors of vehicles parked in the deck but nothing was reported stolen or damaged.
If anyone can identify either of the suspects, please contact crimestoppers at 255-5050 or APD Communications at 252-1110.
