Court to decide if NC primaries should be delayed owing to voting district boundary dispute

A three-judge panel will consider whether those who sued over Republican-drawn boundaries for legislative and congressional districts are likely enough to win their case that North Carolina's primary should be delayed for two months.

The panel of Superior Court judges scheduled a Friday morning hearing to hear arguments over a proposed injunction blocking the use of redistricting maps for now.
