What's going on behind all the brown paper at City Bakery's Charlotte St. location? According to a sign posted in the window, the bakery will be closed from today until mid-February. Workers were well into the process of gutting the interior of the bakery on Monday morning, and said that they were "taking out and replacing most of the old equipment."
