According to the Hendersonville Times-News, Seven Falls Golf and River Club developer Keith Vinson, who was previously charged with three counts of terminating group health insurance and obtaining property by false pretenses, was charged this month with 72 additional counts of obtaining property by false pretenses.
Vinson, 53, of 208 Folkstone Lane, Arden, was indicted Wednesday by a grand jury on 72 charges of obtaining property by false pretenses for cheating or defrauding in an attempt to obtain money, according to court records.Read the full article
