From the press release:
Learn about the horrors of genocide when four men who survived the second Sudanese civil war discuss the experience beginning at 6 p.m. Wednesday, March 14, in room 130 of the John W. Bardo Fine and Performing Arts Center on the campus of Western Carolina University.
The event is free and open to the public.
The more than 20,000 young males from the Nuer and Dinka ethnic groups who were displaced and/or orphaned by the second Sudanese civil war are known as “the lost boys of Sudan.” WCU’s Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc. is sponsoring the program.
