ACT: Low-, middle-income residents challenged to find affordable rents in Buncombe

The North Carolina Justice Center released a statewide study that shows the challenges facing residents in Asheville and Buncombe County (for details and a link to the study, see "Educated, High Rent, Low Pay: An Economic Snapshot of Buncombeclick here). Here's an excerpt from the Asheville Citizen-Times examination of some of that data ("Renting in Asheville Area Still A Challenge Despite Housing Changes," by Mark Barrett):
