From WLOS via facebook: BREAKING NEWS: A Colorado-based company has agreed to buy the Grove Park Inn. KSL Capital Partners, LLC, will acquire the historic resort from the Sammons family, and the deal is expected to close within the next 30 days. Sources have told News 13 that meetings are scheduled through Tuesday to inform Grove Park Inn staff of the sale. We have a crew on this story and we'll post more details as we get them.
