From the press release from the City of Asheville:
ASHEVILLE - The City of Asheville will begin work today on a sewer construction project near the intersection of Sandhill Road and W. Oakview Road in West Asheville. The City has contracted with T&K Utilities, Inc. to construct a new sewer line and install sewer connections for properties in an area that includes Morse Drive, Old Gudger Road, Sand Hill Road (between Old Gudger Road and West Oakview Road) and a section of West Oakview Road approximately 1,000 feet southeast of the intersection with Sand Hill Road. There will be temporary disruption of traffic in the areas near the construction.
To learn more about the project, please join city staff and representatives from the Metropolitan Sewer District and T&K Utilities, Inc. for a community meeting at 6 p.m. Thursday April 19 at Sandhill-VenableElementary School located at 154 Sandhill School Road.
