Park Ridge Wellness Presents Nutrition Myth Buster
Hendersonville, N.C. (April 24, 2012) – On Tuesday, May 15, Park Ridge Wellness Coordinator, Julie Palmer, will bust a common myth: that eating healthy has to be expensive. The community is invited to this free presentation, which will be held from noon to 1:00 p.m. in the Duke Room on the ground floor of Park Ridge Health.
“I’m looking forward to sharing the important message that eating healthy is both realistic and affordable for anyone and everyone,” Palmer said.
Palmer will also share specific guidelines on how to choose healthy food options on a conservative budget. Preregistration for this event is required by Friday, May 11, and can be done by calling 855.774.5433.
