"It’s down to the final four restaurants in this year’s WNC Chef’s Challenge. Last year’s champion, Knife & Fork in Spruce Pine will face off against Lexington Avenue Brewing, while Biltmore Estate will go up against Boca. Those contests will be held Aug. 14 and Aug. 16. The final battle will be held at the big finale later in August.
If you haven’t been to one of these events, you should check it out. The food is awesome, and you get to vote on your favorite dishes. The public’s scoring is taken into account with scoring from a panel of judges, and a winner is chosen. Tickets are $60, but you get a ton of delicious food at a fun event. The semi-finals are hosted by Pack’s Tavern."
