"Lately I've been into high-waists, collared tank tops and vest-sort of things. So, today I decided to put them together and thought they looked pretty cool," says Barbara. She says that she frequents Goodwill. "I look at a catologue at what the models are wearing and I'll pick pieces apart that I like and put them together seperately." When asked what her favorite fashion era is she says, "The '80s and '90s. It's so crazy how fast styles come and go."
