Sounds like the perfect place to discuss the continued gentrification and homogenization of downtowns all across the nation! I salute economic growth that accompanies a loss of diversity and culture, especially when it seeks to merely hide the larger problems of poverty and homelessness by merely creating fun new ways of getting those people out of sight and out of mind!
