Asheville Police use pepper spray on a man Friday night at Bele Chere. They arrested 41 year old Thomas Hicks. He is from Alabama and wanted by the Federal Marshal's Office on assault charges. Police say when they approached Hicks, he became violent and tried to run. Hicks was eventually taken into custody. Read the full article
