As part of Malaprop's 30th anniversary, the bookstore — which has welcomed, hosted and promoted poets since it opened — is publishing an anthology of poems, written by the Women on Words poetry group. The collection,
Remember Me as a Time of Day, was compiled by Malaprop's founder, Emoke B'Racz (a poet herself, as well as a translator). A book signing is set for Sunday Aug. 26 at Malaprop's. The 3 p.m. event includes readings by Barbara Gravelle, Eileen Walkenstein, B'Racz, Genie Joiner, Maryann Jennings, Nancy Sanders, Patricia Harvey, Sena Rippel, Virginia Haynes Redfield and Zoe Durga Harber. http://malaprops.com.
