A controversy is brewing alongside a quiet section of the French Broad River.

French Broad River Greenway is one of the coolest things that could happen to Asheville; linking the entire city through a park. Who wouldn’t want that? Which is why the appearance of “For Sale” and Realtor signs have West Asheville residents troubled.
