Jay Dailey says he was walking to his home in the Montford area, taking the same route he does every night after work.
He was already having a bad day Monday. He was upset, and he was distracted from his surroundings because he had music blaring from headphones plugged into his iPod. Suddenly, as he put it, the lights went out.
