12 Bones Smokehouse will host a fall-themed beer dinner in collaboration with Appalachian Vintner at their 5 Riverside Drive location. The event takes place on Wednesday, Sept. 12 and will begin with a reception at 6:30 p.m., followed by the first course at 7 p.m. Tickets cost $60 per person.
