Police seek info on drivers of white Acura involved in Biltmore Park assault, hit-and-run

On 09/08/12 Ian Mather was assaulted by two men driving a white Acura in front of the REI in Biltmore Park. The victim and witnesses said that Mr. Mather was walking his family across the street in the cross walk when he became involved in a verbal dispute with the driver of the white Acura. Witness said that the driver drove up on to the curb and hit Mr. Mather and then sped away. Mr. Mather was transported to Mission Hospital for his injuries and police are still seeking information on the suspects driving the white Acura. Witnesses were able to identify a partial license plate of BDY.
