In a press release, Merge Records announced that Asheville-based garage rock outfit Reigning Sound (fronted by Greg Cartwright) has signed to the Durham, N.C. label. William Tyler, aka Lambchop, was also added. Merge writes, "We look forward to releasing albums by both artists in 2013."
