The Asheville Poetry Review holds its annual William Matthews Poetry Prize, a poetry contest with prizes including cash and publication in the journal. This year's final judge is Patricia Smith (www.wordwoman.ws). Submissions are accepted until January 15, 2012: Send 1-3 poems any style, any theme, any length, with a $20 entry fee (payable to Asheville Poetry Review).
