I hope you might be able to help me recognize a recent exceptional experience that my friends and I from Colorado had with Liberty Bikes in Asheville.
We were on a three-week cycling trip through North Carolina (it was all wonderful), and needed advice regarding the opportunity in the Asheville area. Eight of us converged on Mike and Claudia Nix with questions, questions, questions. They were warm and engaging, very helpful with suggestions on biking and restaurants (we loved the 12 Bones suggestion!), and enthusiastic about our adventures.
It is rare to find folks that are so knowledgeable and kind. We had a terrific visit, and will certainly return — due in large part to their kindness.
We just wanted to thank them publicly. Asheville is lucky to have this kind of business representing the community.
