Hendersonville Commissioners approve plan for Seven Falls repairs

Work to stop erosion from unpaved roads in the troubled Seven Falls development could begin this winter following action by the Henderson County Board of Commissioners on Wednesday.

Meeting in Hendersonville, commissioners unanimously approved a plan to repair roads and other infrastructure to serve about 205 lots in the large development in western Henderson County.

Most of the work won’t get under way until the middle of next year, but county Planning Director Anthony Starr said he hopes to accept bids shortly on a contract for rough grading of roads and restoring associated erosion control devices.
