Wednesday, Oct. 24 – Saturday, Nov. 3 Early Voting in Buncombe County is available Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.; on Saturday, Oct. 27, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.; on Sunday, Oct. 28, from 1 to 6 p.m. (North Asheville, Black Mountain, South Buncombe, and West Asheville libraries only); and ends on Saturday, Nov. 3, when voting is available from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. at all locations.
