For the safety of all involved we will unfortunately have to reschedule tomorrow’s Focus on Children Town Meeting at the MAHEC due to Hurricane Sandy and the winter front in the Asheville area. We were so looking forward to seeing you, and hope that you will stay tuned and join our efforts to protect children from the start by assuring that our laws provide for their health, safety, education and economic security. The Action for Children NC Town Meeting scheduled for 8am on 10/30 at the MAHEC has been postponed due to pending inclement weather and will be rescheduled in 2013. Please contact Tina Sherman at 919-834-6623, ext. 235 for further information.
