"Ten types of rattlesnakes, three species of cobras, five venomous Gila monster lizards and a Gaboon viper — the largest viper in the world" were just a few of the live creatures seized last Friday at the home of a Henderson County man, BlueRidgeNow.com (Hendersonville's Times-News
) reports. "The reptiles were seized after one of the snakes bit the owner, Walter Kidd," the report says. Kidd could get the the animals back, if he's not charged with a crime.
Nearly 100 frozen dead reptiles were recovered by state and local authorities at the mobile home in eastern Henderson County last week where 60 snakes and lizards were seized, a report released Wednesday shows.Read the full article
