Two photos taken exactly two years apart tell a tale of change on College Street. Dec. 2, 2010, had a high temperature of 39 degrees with a trace left of the snow from the day before. Dec. 2, 2012, boasted a balmy 66 degrees, and the only thing falling from the skies was construction dust.
