Thank you, Max, for getting these shots.
Whether one is for, against, or, indifferent about Raleigh seizing the water, we should ALL be alarmed over the lack of concern for process when so many demonstrated a disapproval of it with the referendum vote (and, yes, I KNOW it was not legally binding).
I'm ready to go to Raleigh, if necessary.

Who is "Our"?
I remember when Asheville tried to make a water grab at the pink beds, headwaters of South Mills River above Hendersonville's intake.
Too good to drink out of the river running through town, but putting a sewer plant downstream is ok.
