Dear Museum members & friends:

As 2012 comes to a close, we'd like to express our deepest gratitude to you for making 2012 such a successful, inspiring and exciting year at the Asheville Art Museum. Last year, with the enthusiastic help of our staff and scores of volunteers we transformed 24,000 square feet of raw space into Art works PRIMED. There is no question PRIMED is answering the needs of our community. Since its opening, we are enjoying a 65% increase in our admissions, welcoming new art enthusiasts to explore and discover.

With the support of friends like you, this year we were able to offer outstanding cultural experiences to visitors from Western North Carolina and all 50 states, as well as special programming both on and off-site for thousands of students through our Family and School Programs. Through your continued support and participation, the Museum hosted hundreds of dynamic public programs, special events and educational experiences in the visual arts, and more than 20 exhibitions and special installations within the growing Museum walls.

We believe the arts make a difference in our lives and in our community - you can be a part of that difference by making your end-of-year contribution today. Your fully tax deductible donation to the Asheville Art Museum (in any amount) will enable the Museum to continue showcasing excellence in the visual arts and stimulating the creative spirit.
